- C = cardiac defects, A=abnormal facies, T=thymic hypoplasia, C=cleft palate, H=hypocalcemia
- This is a defect in the migration of neural crest cells to the craniofacial region.
- DiGeorge Syndrome leads to T-cell deficiency and hypocalcemia.
- Lymph node paracortex is not well developed in patients with DiGeorge Syndrome.
